Well I earned good amount of money by flipping the websites, I know one time when I have over xx to xxx amount of sites, And I sell them in good and fair price. You will be in profit in both ways, Look how.

If you make a simple regular website/blog, So see how can you gain profit in both ways by flipping te website.

You bought a domain (cost = $7.75 to $9.80 per year)

You bought hosting (cost $1/month to $10/year)

(I didn’t spent a single cent by adverting any of my site/blog, So I will not advice anyone to advertise your site and waste your money)

Just build your links, Submit your link to free directories, I’ve over 900 web directory list and if you submit in all directories so you will get good amount of backlink and good PR plus good in serp

Ok come to the point now, It will cost hardly $20/year for buying hosting and domain, Do some work, Atleast 1 to 2 hours per day by submitting links to directories and post new stuffs in your sites.

In the Google PageRank update you will get atleast PR 1-2 (if you work hard and submit in all directories you will get even PR4-5)

Now sell links on the website, I will advice you that if your PR is :

PR 1  - Sell link for $5/month

PR 2 - Sell link for $10/month

PR3 - Sell link for $15/month

PR4 - Sell link for $20/month

Now If you got PR1 and you sold 20 links, Then 20×5 = $100 ( You got 80% profit ) If you monetize your website with Google AdSense or different affiliate programs you will get money in this way as well ( I am not including affiliate profit in this post ).

Till now you got 80% profit. Now if you sell your website for $50 to $100 (depend on the quality, backlinks, indexed pages and also PR ) so you can sell this website around $100 to $150.

Now, If you sell your website for minimum $50 and you got money from selling the links which is $100.

So you’ll get $150 by spending just $20/year. Is it bad or good? Decide yourself. It’s great method to earn money in this way.

Well its only about 2 days left from my final exams but even I am here to write some articles for my visitors, Far from my experience and from my sites I notice that Google is paying good money on these niches (PS: These are not silly copy/pasted material)

1st - Money type blogs/sites

2nd - Related to Health

3rd - Finance, business, loans
I worked on these niches till now and I am getting good results, Soon I’ll report my monthly income with the traffic for my visitors/subscribers. I also want to tell you that if you want to go for the EASY way to earn money from Google AdSense go with proxies, But right now Proxies will not earn that much revenue from AdSense because of summer time, Schools/colleges are now close and you will see the less profit/traffic from proxies. Summer time is always bad for proxies.
